We are Funhub TV Sdn. Bhd. ("Funhub", "we", "us" and/or "our") and we own and operate the Funhub mobile application on Android and Apple platform (“App”).
Your Personal Data is information that relates directly or indirectly to you, who is identified or identifiable from that information or from that and other information. This includes any sensitive personal data, religious belief or any other beliefs.
We collect Personal Data you choose to provide, e.g., through registrations, applications, surveys, communications with us and in connection with your inquiries. For example, you may choose to provide information related to you connection with a promotion. In addition, we may gather information about you automatically through your use of the App and how you use our App.
Funhub and its third party service providers (located within and outside of Malaysia) may share the Personal Data with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy and Notice, this also includes combining it with other information to provide and improve any products and services offerings. Any and all Personal Data collected will be stored in servers located within and outside Malaysia.
The Personal Data that we collect and process include the following:

6. Race, ethnic origin and religious beliefs;

8. Telephone number (home, mobile, office);

The list of Personal Data stated above is not exhaustive and may include other personal data depending on the nature of your usage of the App.
Funhub collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes your Personal Data for, among others, the primary purposes to provide the Funhub services to you. In addition, Funhub may collect, use, disclose and otherwise process your Personal Data for the following purposes:
• to optimize and customize your user experience with our App and any other product or service offerings;
• to provide you with the services which you (or the company that employed you) have signed up for;
• to keep you posted on Funhub’s latest services or product announcements and upcoming events.
• conducting market research for statistical, profiling and statistical analysis for the improvement of services provided to you;
• to share your Personal Data with third party providers (located within and outside of Malaysia) for the purposes of (but not limited to) promoting third party services, allowing you to claim benefits, discounts, deals, or other incentives made available to you by the App.
• for any of the purposes relating to the above.
You hereby agree and understand that the purpose of such collection and retention and otherwise processing of Personal Data is towards Funhub’s partnering/ assisting you in tracking your performance in relation to your employment. In order to assist you with other functions and products in the future, we will retain your data even after your company temporarily stop subscribing to Funhub’s services. By filling in your Personal Data on the App, you expressly consent for the retention of the same.
The failure to supply Personal Data may affect our ability to deliver optimised user experience service to our registered users. In addition, failure to provide certain essential Personal Data may result in you unable to use certain functions in the App.
Personal Data provided to us will generally be kept confidential but you hereby consent and authorize us to provide or disclose your Personal Data to the following categories of parties, which may be located within and outside of Malaysia:
a) any person or authority to whom we are compelled or required to do so under law;
b) our business partners, affiliates and sponsors that provide benefits, discounts, deals, or other incentives to users of the App;
c) members of our Group companies and their affiliates;
d) our auditors, consultants, accountants, lawyers or other professional advisers; and;
e) such sub-contractors or third party service or product providers as we may determine to be necessary or appropriate.
f) market research firms, third party marketing entities, and technology solutions provider focuses in the finance, retail, and services industries.
Funhub takes the necessary precautions, both administrative and technical, for purposes safeguarding your Personal Data against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, usage, alteration or destruction. However, no such measure is ever 100% effective, so we do not guarantee that your Personal Data will be secure from theft, loss, or unauthorized access or use, and we make no representation as to the reasonableness, efficacy, or appropriateness of the measures we use to safeguard such information.
Funhub shall endeavour to make it easy for you to keep your Personal Data accurate, complete and up to date. You can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by logging into the App. For other personal information, we take reasonable efforts in good faith to provide you with access so you can request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Funhub is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Where we consider it necessary or appropriate for the purposes of data storage or processing or providing any service or product on our behalf to you, we may transfer your Personal Data to another member of our Group companies or third party service or product providers within or outside the country in which we are established, under conditions of confidentiality and similar levels of security safeguards.
You have the right to request access to and correction of data about you held by us and in this respect, you may:
a) check whether we hold or use your Personal Data and request access to such data;
b) request that we correct any of your Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date;
c) request that your Personal Data is retained by us only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected;
d) request that we specify or explain our policies and procedures in relation to data and types of
Personal Data handled by us; and;
e) communicate to us your objection to the use of your Personal Data for marketing purposes whereupon we will not use your Personal Data for these purposes. Your non-consent may curtail our ability to perform some or all of the Purposes for which we have first collected your Personal
Data; and;
f) withdraw, in full or in part, your consent given previously, in each case subject to any applicable legal restrictions, contractual conditions and a reasonable time period.
You can request for a deletion of your user account and data by sending a written request to the Privacy Officer (details as below). Your data shall be deleted or otherwise destroyed from the system within 21 working days and cannot be recovered after this point. Kindly ensure that you have saved all data which you wish to retain prior to sending your deletion request.

Funhub reserves the right to update and amend this Policy and Notice from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on the App with the updated Privacy Policy and Notice. Any continued usage of our App shall constitute consent to the latest version of the Privacy Policy and Notice.
